Sicilian fennel, orange and mix green salad
You'll definitely make friends with this salad. Bitter and sweet, soft and crunchy...a classic sicilian salad with some added extras. Don't go light on the olive oil with this one, you've got to be generous for maximum flavour. I promise it won't disappoint even though it seems super simple!
