Pork lettuce wraps (known as Pork San Chow Bow)

A friend and colleague of mine taught me this recipe, and I think it's so ideal for busy nights when you need a quick starter that will impress without spending hours in the kitchen. The flavours combine the savoury pork with the fresh crunch of lettuce and you can top it off with additional herbs and crunch if you feel like it too. Enjoy!
