Air fryer chicken skewers

A very juicy chicken skewer recipe and perfect weeknight meal or lunch meal. It also works in an oven if you do not have an air fryer. The flavours are a combination of spices and aromatics I have grown up using like garlic, cumin, oregano and onion and they just give the chicken a flavour boost!
