Bamia - Delicious okra and beef stew

Okra. As a child, I felt squeamish and confused by it's texture, but I've now learnt how to cook it in a way that brings out it's flavour and shows it off. Okra is rich in fibre and good for your gut. When cooked in the robust flavours of tomatoes, beef, coriander and baharat, it really warms your heart. This dish is a winter warmer and classic levantine meal with variations across the Middle East and Asia. I'd love to hear from you if you try it.
